Mid-October is upon us and if you are looking to have cases in force by the end of the year, now is the time to wrap them up
The LTC market continues to evolve and change on a daily basis. The plans that are available to your insureds will not be around long. This is an NJLTC opinion but we definitely feel stronger about this happening than the NY Giants winning this season (we know that’s not saying much). Kidding aside, traditional LTC will continue to be “Dumbed Down” (see NY Life article) and hybrids will continue to evolve as well.

DI Higher Issue Limits Sep 29, 2018
Summer is winding down but the disability income industry continues to sizzle! Both Principal and Ameritas announced they will now go to a Monthly Benefit of $20,000 and participate to $30,000 with other IDI and $35,000 with Group LTD. Please see the attached bulletins from both carriers:
